1. Service Description

NegotiQ provides an AI-powered document analysis service. Upon submission of a text-based document (such as a job offer, lease agreement, or contract), NegotiQ generates a structured analysis report covering key clauses, potential risks, and negotiation considerations. The report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide.

The analysis is generated for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. You must consult a qualified lawyer before signing or acting on any legally binding document.

2. Not Legal Advice

NegotiQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The analysis generated is based on AI processing and is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not be relied upon as legal counsel.

Before signing any legally binding document, you must consult a qualified lawyer who can advise you based on the specific circumstances of your situation and the applicable law.

3. Payment

The service is priced at €29 per analysis, payable at the time of submission. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

This is a one-time payment with no subscription. The fee is non-refundable: because the analysis is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, the digital service is fully performed at the moment of delivery, and no right of withdrawal applies under applicable consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

4. Acceptable Use

By using NegotiQ, you agree that:

• You will only submit text-based documents (contracts, offers, agreements, etc.)
• You own or have the right to submit the document for analysis
• You will not submit documents containing content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights
• You will not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service

5. Limitation of Liability

NegotiQ provides the analysis on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the analysis for any particular purpose.

NegotiQ shall not be liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the analysis. You use the analysis entirely at your own risk. Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific analysis in question (€29).

6. Intellectual Property

NegotiQ owns all rights to the platform, software, design, and underlying technology. No part of the platform may be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

You retain full ownership of all documents you submit. By submitting a document, you grant NegotiQ a limited, temporary licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your analysis.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
