When you use NegotiQ, we collect only the information strictly necessary to deliver your analysis:

  • Email address — used solely to deliver your analysis PDF
  • Submitted document text — the offer or contract you paste into the form
  • Document type — the category of document (e.g. job offer, lease, freelance contract)
  • Situation description — any additional context you choose to provide

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate and deliver your analysis PDF. We do not use your data for any other purpose — no marketing, no profiling, no product improvement based on your submissions.

4. Data Retention

Your submitted documents are not stored. Once the analysis is complete and the PDF has been generated and emailed to you, your document text is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain any copies.

Your email address may be retained for a limited period solely in the context of the transaction (e.g. payment processing records), in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for any commercial or marketing purpose. Your submitted documents and personal information are never disclosed to external parties beyond what is strictly required to process your request (e.g. AI processing infrastructure operating under data processing agreements).

Your submitted documents and personal data are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Your data is used exclusively for the single purpose of generating your analysis and is discarded immediately thereafter.

All data is transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

  • Right to deletion — request that we erase your personal data
